Rumor and rampant speculation suggests that Harrisburg’s beleaguered spokesman, Randy King, will be leaving his position at the end of the year. As you may recall, Randy was the one who blurted out a rather awkward explanation of city violence, citing hip hop as the cause of a recent city shooting.
