I’ve been kicking this idea around for the last year or so, and now it’s a go. The forums are live at forums.floor9.com (click the link under “Sections” at right). I figured with the comments constantly growing in size, the time is right to break out a SMF installation and give everybody a little more “breathing room” for commentary. Enjoy!
That what I’m talking about! So what is your visualization of Floor-9.com? I can help give you some goods! In Example… On the 27 of June, Mike Murphy “ETAL” purchased the building Fasaga’s operates from for a reported $1.6 and some change. Tony Magaro borrowed $500k from Commerce bank on the 9th day of July, 2002 toward the purchase of Fisaga’s from Donnie Brown. Tony Magaro entered into a lease on the 9th day of July, 2002 with AFF&K, L.L.C. for the premises located @ 201-209 N. Second St. This area comprised of 3200 SF on the 1st floor and an additional 2500 SF in the basement level was offered to Tony pursuant to a “First Right Of Refusal” clause in his lease to purchase the building. On April 18 & March 5th, 2006 Mr. Magaro and his wife were hand deliverd notice to exercise their purchase option. Obviously they declined! In any event, Fisaga’s has a lease for (10) years expiring on January 15, 2011, But they’re not done there… There are options for the Tenant “Fisaga’s” to renew for two (2) additional terms of ten (10) years each.
