While Hershey Park and Interactive Rides are busy suing each other senseless over Turbulence (which doesn’t look all that impressive anyway), I decided to check out IR’s website.

OH.  MY.  GOD.

The X Scream consists of an open, vehicle that holds eight passengers in “escape proof” seats. The vehicle is attached to a pivoting track that propels the passenger vehicle over the edge of the Tower almost 900 feet above the ground

I rode the coaster atop Stratosphere and was disappointed because it didn’t really go over the ledge.  This goes 27 feet over the ledge with no net.
